When you purchase something from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This information will not be sold or given to any third parties, unless required by law.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our online store, new products and other updates which you may unsubscribe at any time.

Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

You are not allowed to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any contents from our website and our products. You are also prohibited from contacting our website service providers.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

The health and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority. Therefore, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a replacement.

REACTION TO EXTREME TEMPERATURES
​
Since there are no preservatives, our body butters could melt under extreme temperatures, or if left in mailboxes for extended periods in warm climates. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products.

All orders are carefully ice packed before shipping, therefore, we are not responsible after the order has been shipped. Please note, even if the product melts, it still has the same organic benefits.

Please note that our minimum wholesale order is $150 and a tax certificate is required.
